Got Destiny 1 Legendary Edition from my local store a few months ago. Inside the box were the codes for downloading Expansions and various stuff, both of them expired in 2016.
Note 1. The game was absolutely new in original packaging, bought from a verified retailer.
Note 2. I'm still a new customer of this product, so I think I'm eligible for all the game content.
Any chance to restore/change codes? Does anybody had the same issue? Thank you.

Only the digital stores (Microsoft and Sony) carry digital copies with valid codes nowadays. The retailer sold you a defective/expired product, so you'd need to take it up with them for a refund/replacement. Bungie cannot give you a code.

These codes are dependent on the platform that they were made for. Bungie does not generate these. I would contact your retailer for a refund as it is a defective product.

All of the codes included in these physical copies have long since expired. Bungie does not issue codes, so your only option is to contact the retailer you purchased it from and request a refund, as they sold you a defective product. Then, if you want the DLCs, you can purchase them directly from your console's store.
