I accidentally deleted the Malfeasance quest, and can't get it back?
I tried killing the meatball primeval servitor again, and I talked with every NPC possible. Nothing has shown up, so what should I do?

I also have the same issue, and I have no idea what to do. I got the quest from the drifter at the start of Shadowkeep then later deleted is because of clutter. The drifter doesn't have it and killing the meatball did nothing either. Any way to fix this?

It should be with the Drifter. Make sure to check each of his inventory pages.
