Why I can’t find Saint-14 in the tower hanger
So I finished my to find saint 14 and save him, but after i finished corridors of time part 2 and talked to osiris, I couldnt find saint 14 in the tower, why????

It’s a known bug. Saint-14 fails to unlock in the Tower hangar; only his shotgun is visible. Check the #help forum for updates.

There is apparently another part of the quest next week that will actually get him there (yes its as stupid as it sounds, especially with the Dawning sparrow quest locked behind him)
