I have collected the 9 ghosts on the lunar surface as well as [spoiler][b]the ghost inside the dungeon[/b][/spoiler] I recall collecting the ghost on the day that the dungeon launched, and the servers were at the time very unstable. I have completed the triumphs: [b]LUNA'S LOST[/b] and [b]LUNA'S LOST ARE FOUND[/b]. My "/EMBLEMS", as well as my postmaster, might have been full at the time I collected the final ghost, but that shouldn't stop it from appearing in the collections tab, right?
