Hey, I've gotten all the lost ghost shells on the moon including
the one in the dungeon
and the triumph has remained "Secret" for me on my harbinger seal. When I picked up the ghost shell everyone in my fireteam had the triumph complete except for myself. This is frustrating because I need it to complete my harbinger title. Anyone else dealing with this issue? EDIT: So to fix this, I had to get somebody who had not yet gotten the ghost shell to run through the dungeon with me and have the ghost shell quest. When they picked it up, I got credit.
