Hymn of Desecration
I've used two of these now, the only two I've gotten, and neither one has dropped extra loot. I know it's only supposed to greatly increase the chances, but two in a row seems a bit off.
Has anyone else had issues with this not working properly?
Bungie, is this glitched? Or am I just really unlucky?

The buff only means you have a better chance at a weapon drop not an extra drop just to clear that up

It doesn't drop extra loot. It changes the loot that drops. That said, you can do repeat runs and still have a chance at getting the legendary weapon drops anyway.

I used mine didnt get anything to drop.

Really unlucky. Last week when I used the ones I had, I got a weapon to drop from one of the encounters mentioned in the item description, even after I’d already completed the Dungeon for the week.
