Has any tests been done? I am working on a Titan/Montecarlo/syntho build and want to make sure I don’t need strength because I want to get resilience/recovery to 70+each. Also is it true that anything above 70 but below 80(79) is the same as 70? If so it’s a sht way to make it all more complicated and grindy :( so even if all your armor has base stats 59+ it doesn’t use all those stats as any non 10base total is wasted! So in some cases a 50 base armor could give you more over all better stats.
