I thought that they remove losing Glory points in Shadowkeep. Was that only for the first week?

You don’t lose as much and there’s rank barriers until you hit fabled.

You lose glory after 2100

It depends where your true skill is. You dont get matched against same glory point enemies anymore. You’re matched against enemies near or close to your true skill. I only loose around 5-10 points right now. That means I’m not at the respective rank what my true skill says. You’re getting glory boosts to hit your desired rank faster. For instance your true skill is around 35-40. You will only match players around that true skill. Sometimes you’re matched against a higher true skill player. If you win, you earn a lot of glory points. If you loose but still managed to be good, you earn some glory points even if you lost the game. The ranks are bound to true skill I guess. That means if you are a average player you will definitely can go up to fabled. If you’re a bad player you probably hover around Guardian 1 - Heroic 1. You can still progress tho but it is way harder because the points starts normalizing after you reached your true skill glory rank. Dont hit me with a stick :’D. Thats how I understood the whole competitive thing for this season :).

From what I understood, you only lost points till you hit Fabled. Example I play a game, win that game. I gain 120 points. Next game I lose and lost let’s say 50 glory points. This now happens till I hit Fable. After that I start to lose the same points I gain for a win. If this is not how the system works someone else explain it the correct way please.
