Lost Emblems and Cross Save.
Please help I did the cross save to my PS4 and Steam account. After I did this I lost my planet of the peace and activity emblems. I thought maybe vrooms caused this issue. I undid cross save and this did not help. @bungie help with issue and please let me cross save again so I can play PC day one. Thank you for your time.

The emblems are tied to the profile and not the platform account(s). See the following [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130]help article[/url] on how to recover an orphaned profile. If successful, you should have your emblems back and you can start linking accounts to that profile. After that, use the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]cross-save contact form[/url] to request a re-linking for the cross-save.
