So I tried to activate cross save and lost access to all my characters. Attached is an image that shows I have my characters, somewhere, but now when I login to Xbox One X, which was my primary console, the game is asking me to create a whole new character.
If I lost my characters Bungie I am done with your games henceforth. How does your system recognize my account has 3 characters, but I can no longer access them, this is insanity. You realize the amount of time I've spent on this game to lose all of my progress in one click?

3 RepliesHello, Thank you for your report. It appears that your profile is configured to enable Cross Save for your Battle.net account, which has only a Level 1 Hunter. You may disable Cross Save to restore your other characters on your Xbox and PlayStation accounts. Please be aware that when players disable Cross Save, they must wait 90 days to re-enable it.

15 RepliesHonestly, it sounds like the wrong account was selected as your main. Perhaps you clicked on your Battle.net account as being the focus for cross-save, instead of designating your Xbox account as the main. Your Xbox characters still show up in the app, but you only have a single starter character for PC. You’ll have to disable cross-save, waiting out any lockout periods applicable.
