Corsair Down quest bugged
Corsair Down quest not working. I’m trying to get Truth and whenever I have it, the Corsair never appears. All the Corsairs I’ve had would change color rarity and I’ve tried everything from deleting and reacquiring both the Corsair Down bounty and the Map Fragement step, trying with and without ascendancy, restarting game, etc. Why is this happening?

I have the same problem. I have not received a Corsair Down quest in a few months - and I've completely decimated the Scorn population of DC... several times. This started about the same time that I completed the "Small Gift" quest..i.e. I found and presented the gifts to all the cats. I still get the small gifts drops even though I have completed. I wonder if there is a connection.

I had a corsair bounty for months and I never got the corsair to appear. I deleted it, played in the dreaming city for7 minutes, got a new one that worked.
