Invitation of the Nine "The Tower" is BUGGED and unable to be completed.
Xur gave me next weeks bounty early because I happened to be in his inventory at reset, but one of the quest steps is bugged... you CANNOT get vex kills on the Tangled Shore. See the image for the quest steps.
And yes, I've tried running the Prison of Elders about 5 times, but zero essence drop.

They fixed this, now. You can run Warden of Nothing and get Vex samples. My question: will this delay the full completion out another week? I jumped on this weekend to wrap up the bugged invitation, but when I went to Xur, I can't purchase the next invitation. Am I doomed to never complete this lore card? Did Bungie give us a dud?
