Precision Final Blows

I am working for osr3 weapon, I do not know what precision final blows are. I started a strike had 701 PFB. I know I got at least 20 headshot kills, and when it was over I looked at my kills and it showed 705 PFB. What is the problem here, help me please someone?

I did Precision final blows on Nexus and it worked beautifully but when I went to Europa nothing!

precision final blows are crit shots that kill the enemy. Not every enemy has the same crit spot so it is not all headshots and it has to be the shot that kills the enemy.
