ISSUE: Small Gifts not dropping for several weeks in a row
I have completed every weekly since forsaken started and I have yet to all nine small gifts required for emblem/triumph. Along with the completion of weeklies, I have completed a long list of heroic public events, patrols, every other triumph on the dreaming city and yet I cant get a small gift to drop. Friends of mine have been getting them like candy. They have received somewhere around 20-25 of them since the beginning of the Dreaming City. I seem to be stuck. I contacted the help forums about two weeks ago and the bungie help representative recommended hard resetting the xbox and unplugging it to reset the game cache. This has not helped. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue or if my account is bugged. Thanks for your time!

After completing your first patrol or Event you will receive it but only if you have room in your pursuits. At most now you could have only received a max of 15 if you had visited the Dreaming city every week and qualified for one. They will only stack up to 9 in a single characters pursuits.
