Can’t log in to companion app on my iPad, tried everything.

I try to log in to the D2 companion app on my iPad using my PS4 info, and it does nothing. No error code, nothing. It’s supposed to kick over to a recaptcha screen, but when I hit sign in, it’s completely unresponsive. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app about 4 times, same result. I’ve disabled pop up blockers. It’s Ipad safari that I use as a browser, and it’s compatible. I can log in to ps4 on their site and on my console. I can even login to the D2 app with no issue from a different iPad. I’ve contacted PlayStation/Sony, and they have confirmed it is an issue on Bungie’s end. I’ve even factory reset my iPad and reinstalled the app. No fix. Any help is appreciated. No chat or phone number for bungie so hoping someone here can help.
