Rifle loader vs specific weapon loader perks
I’ve been looking for raw data on the speeds and regen time for the newest armor perks and mods like that one site did for D1s equipment. Have yet to find any. Does anyone know where I could find that or could someone post a few of the loading, dexterity and regen numbers if you have them.
