How do you purify Dreaming City Armor?
I replaced all the Riven's curse mods with Transcendent Blessing Mods as a full set of Reverie Dawn Armor.
But it still qualifies as unpurified. I activated a Tincture and it gave me a triumph for being ascendant in a full set of unpurified Armor.
