With a degree in mathematics from MIT, I KNOW I can do a better job balancing Guardian supers than the current BUNGIE team.
Give me the opportunity to prove it. What do you have to lose, BUNGIE (other than your self-respect)?
EDIT: I know a streamer (Ms5000Watts) who is married to someone who works for BUNGIE on Destiny 2. She said that her husband didn't even know which D2 weapons were the powerful ones to use. How does someone who works at BUNGIE on Destiny 2 not even know something has basic as this?

I’d say they should try getting people that play the game they need help with you also have a degrees in the field needed and have a good experience that can find a way to balance the game

Have you watched Bungie employees play this game in presentations? And keep in mind that those shown on stream are supposedly the more presentable ones in terms of skill. But that's a common thing in most software companies I'd say, since getting good developers is a struggle for almost any company that isn't Google or Apple. If you were to make Destiny gameplay experience a requirement for the job you would immediately shrink your pool of applicants by 90%. This isn't a problem per se though, as most companies have a solid QA dpt. and run (semi)-public alphas and betas. Bungie however. Well..
