Why was reset time changed?
did bungie ever give a reason as to why tuesday reset time was changed? i can’t imagine why as it is just very awkward to wait until 2 pm (atlantic time) for reset as opposed to waking up in the morning to everything being fresh back when it was at 5 am. i know that is just my situation but it means europe has almost a whole day on tuesday since reset isn’t until 6, 7, 8 pm which can’t be convenient. you would think that they would change the time to make it more convenient for the west coast, since that is where bungie is located, but even there reset is at 10 am which is still sort of awkward in my opinion.
if there is any actual reason why bungie changed reset times i would love to know. it just seems really weird to me is all but im sure they have reason

1 ReplyBungie has elaborated on this in a blog post last December when the change happened for Curse of Osiris. Note - the time in the post is off by 1 hour to compensate for DST (Daylight Savings Time). Bungie changes their reset time 1 hour, twice a year to compensate for this.
