Best place to farm Hunter Void Grenade kills?
Anybody know the best place to farm for void grenade kills as a hunter? The Hunter Solstice grind is real.....

1 ReplyI like the Lost Sector on the Rig - it is below the Hive PE room - (grab a PE flag on the way to fully charge) gear up with your Orpheous Rig - head down to the Lost Sector - and round up the first set of Ads (Acolytes and Knight) by getting them all to chase u into the same area - let loose with a tether and nice big void grenade - if you got enough tethered your Orpheus will recharge with your grenades - go into main room but carefully shoot out the exploding fire barrels Before approaching the area of the chest which spawns the Boss Knight. The reason to take out the explosive barrels ahead of time is so they don’t explode and taje your grenade kills.Now approach the Boss Knight with a rocket launcher and take him out quickly - this releases a bunch of thralls - literally 20 or more. Tether them up and spam grenades - if you dont get them all then hop around the room until your grenade recharges and get them to follow you then launch another grenade - best of all you have this whole room to yourself, (rinse and reoeat) Side Note - did this room with melee - void weapon - and sun power weapon, I used a legsndary sword switched to sunsinger class and carried a void autorifle. Grab a PE flag - Hunter’s sword has 27 ammo - chop things with sword (one hit = one kill) which gives you you 27 kills on the way to the Lost Sector. Then you can either melee with emoty ammo sword which counts as melee hits and/or use Void energy autorifle combo for Void kills - takes about 2-3 times through this room. Good Luck Hunting!

Whisper heroic mission. Fall down in Green room. All black thrall will begin to run at u. Tether them all with Orpheus rig and grenade them. Once u get ur super back ur grenade also comes back. Just keep tethering and throwing grenades in middle. 5 minutes, tops. I promise

9 RepliesI did it on the Leviathan at the beginning using the Raid Helmet and Orpheus Rigg to instantly get my grenade back when using my super which is also refilled as long as you have enough enemies around.

I ended up doing it in the Strike. Since the modifier is grenadier, it didn't take me long to get through it.

1 ReplyI did this last night in about 20 minutes. I went to Mars and started a Escalation Protocol. There are a ton of thrall at the very start. Just keep hopping around and let as many bunch up under / around you. Then throw your grenade at the wall and stand right inside / below it so the thrall all run to you. Make sure you have on the void tree that that has increased grenade life as well as the good spike grenade (forget name). I was able to get 15-20% per grenade. I would just let the escalation protocol time out and redo.

Whisper dark room tether get grenade throw kill all adds and repeat got it in 5-10 minutes

EP + tether. Void grenade, pop tether, get grenade back. Only downside is it's hard finding an empty lobby unless you switch your clock back.

1 ReplyMy grind spots are the Lost Sectors in Futurescape and Artifact's Edge. There's a lot of enemies that crowd around you (if you shoot the head off of a Vex without killing it, you'll berserk them and make them follow you, and then Thrall, obviously). Make sure to kill the boss first to spawn even more adds.

I just jump to the EDZ and go from public event rally flag to flag. Don't stay for the event, just rally, throw a grenade into the nearest group of enemies, and fast travel to the next rally flag (or the same one). Didn't take too long to get my arc melee or super kills for my warlock this way.
