Flickering/Black screen in fullscreen mode
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
2x8gb DDR4 2133Mhz
MSI X470 Gaming Plus Motherboard
2x Sapphire Nitro Radeon 570
Samsung EVO Pro 256GB SSD
Seagate Firecuda 1TB SSHD
ASUS VG245H Monitor
Issue: With or without Crossfire enabled or even with a single card installed. The screen flickers and/or stays black
Ive did a clean install of drivers and Radeon software
Disabled freesync on my display and in the Radeon software
Set my BIOS to defaults.
Set the in game graphics to defaults.
Reset my monitor also.
If i hit ALT+Enter to go in window mode it's fine, but not in fullscreen.
What gives? Been a Destiny fan since D1 on PS4 and now i built this kick ass PC and cant play it.

go to C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs\ or hit windows+r %appdata% then hit bungie\destinypc\prefs\ and edit the cvars.xml and set name="force_enable_multi_threaded_render_submit" value="0" /> set it to 0 to get rid of the flickering.
