How do change the clan banner stave?

I was able to change the pole to red at some point and now I can’t seem to find the option to change it to red. Our clan is lv 6 and I had thought that we get a new stave for each season.

When you're on your character screen click on the arrow to go down and you'll see the Clan Stave there and it can be changed to the red one if its been unlocked in Season 2. cheers
