Hey there Sam Shaw, Sadly there is no way to do this on PS4 at this time; you'll need to buy a digital balance card and give your friends the money directly. However, if you're on Blizzard, you can gift an item by clicking Gift instead of Buy Now on the item's store page. After doing so it'll bring up the next screen, you can select the recipient from your Blizzard Battle.net friends list from there. After the order is complete, your friend can claim your gift from their gifts page on the Blizzard website or in the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app. If you're on Xbox, you can do this directly on your Xbox by going to the store page and selecting "Buy as Gift" then enter the email address/pick from your friends list, and they'll be sent a redemption code.
