[BUNGIE] Xbox One Application Launch and Framerate Issues

[u]We are currently investigating the following issues impacting Destiny 2 players on Xbox One[/u]:
• Some Xbox One players are encountering issues launching Destiny 2 from their console dashboard. Some players have reported that uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny 2 on their console has resolved this issue for them. While this issue is under investigation, we recommend that players attempt a reinstall by following the steps below.

1. Turn on the Xbox One system
2. Sign into the desired Xbox One profile
3. On the Xbox Home menu, select My Games and Apps
4. Select Games and highlight Destiny
5. Press the Menu button and select Manage Game
6. Select Uninstall All
7. On the next screen, select Uninstall to confirm deletion
8. After a brief moment, the game will be completely removed from the hard drive

[b]To Reinstall from a Disc Copy[/b]

1. Turn on the Xbox One system
2. Sign into the desired Xbox One profile
3. Insert the game disc into the disc drive
4. Installation should begin automatically after the disc is inserted
5. A progress bar will appear while the game is being installed on the console hard drive

1. Turn on the Xbox One system
2. Sign into the desired Xbox One profile
3. On the Xbox Home menu, select My Games and Apps
4. Select the Ready to Install section of the menu
5. Select Destiny and then select Install
6. Download and install progress can be viewed in the Queue section of the menu
7. A progress bar will appear while the game is being installed on the console hard drive

• Players have reported framerate issues on Xbox One following Destiny 2 Hotfix 1.2.1.1. As we investigate this issue, we recommend that players who believe they are affected try power cycling their console. This can be accomplished by:

1. Power down the console
2. Once the console is completely powered down, unplug the power cord from the back of the console
3. Let the console sit unplugged for at least 5 minutes
4. Plug the power cord back into the console and power it on
