Normal Nightfall or prestige Nightfall for dfa
Does doing the prestige nightfall have any impact on how likely u r to get the dfa
If soo by how much and is it worth to do it on prestige or is normal good enough for u to get it
Also what average score did u get when the dfa dropped for u

Had a random get it on Normal with a little over 19k. Just over 14 mins. Speed runs do work on normal. However, it was his 32nd attempt.

Dropped on both, I know people say that score/mode matter however EVERY week I have received each item in both. I typically run Prestige as well.

The reality is that prestige and a higher score probably do slightly increase your drop chance. However not enough to be more efficient than an increased frequency of drop chances by speed running normal.

1 ReplyIt drops from either. Also increasing the modifier doesn't affect drop chances.

15kspeed runs normal seems to drop more often

I've done over 5 Prestige runs; all with a score over 70k, highest score 91k and nothing worthwhile has dropped. Ran 2 normal runs; and a friend had I drop straight away. Weird but it appears to be dropping on normal; regardless of score.

I finally got it after 6 prestige nf failures with randoms and 3 normal nf speed runs lol

Took me 30 PNF's for the sniper & 4 normal NF's for the D.F.A. Though I wasn't wearing pants when D.F.A dropped, guess I'm onto something here....
