How many people work at bungie?

It can not be more than 5 considering the game has been out for 6 months and after all the feedback all they could do in those 6 months is release 3 new strike weapons ans adjust values.

  • How many Black People work at bungie? I mean you would think with all the black cultured dialogue and emotes in the game - Bungie would definitely show the representation of that culture in their offices, no?

  • Around 1,000 people and let’s take this into consideration. Smaller developers with at most 150 people manage to work on a new game and produce 3x content and updates that bungie do in 2 months. Zenimax studios who make elder scrolls online which is a heavily micro transaction based game even though it’s $60 manages to pump out updates, DLC and even expansions as big as base game with only 350 people and that includes programming, rendering, 3d models as well as coding and design and weapon balance and perk balance cause weapons have random perks and they still manage to pump out updates and DLC on regular schedule so that people constantly have content to play on if they chose so to purchase it. Bungie has 1,000 people and can barely put out a game update while working on a game that’s half the scale, but yes has better graphics and yet it takes 6 months for a single update. Bungie needs to learn to go with the flow and buff weapons as needed and if they are made to powerful bring them down a bit so they can be better than originally but not making them best weapon and I thought that’s why each gun is made individually is so they can do that but no

      • They’re working on Destiny 3 now because they have priorities! I think we all should just not buy into anymore Destiny until it’s fully fixed, that’s not to hard to do, let’s face it, not everyone is 100% happy with the game and even if you are now, at some point it will get tiresome and a waste of money! If it’s changed so much since Destiny, then it’s fare to say Bungie can do what they like and even have Destiny 3 built around exp loot boxes, have those boxes capped per week and why the cap? Locked content that forces you to move out of game to a 3rd party app just to source numbers for most content and may I add that those restrictions are due to lack of content thus create longevity spending time out of the game to source! Meh! The games a generic flop and not a patch on Halo!

        • This isn't a content update, it's a sandbox update dude. You need to clear you head and realise how silly you sound. They have roughly 700 employees and work really hard considering the garbage engine they have to work with.

          • 750 as of 2016, probably a few more now. I think only a handful are working in D2. The rest, probably 90%, are working on D3. Can't think of another reason why this update took over 6 months. It's not like they introduced any new systems to the game. They basically just changed some numbers.

          • How many Bumgie employees does it take to screw in a lightbulb? Bumgie: why screw it in, just smash the bulb and leave everyone in the dark to develop the game, give everyone a torch and a big button that say ‘Auto re-skin’ and just make them push it for 12 hours a day

          • At least 4 - 3 to put the forum posts into "feedback" and 1 to write up the updates saying "you're really going to like the new colour schemes we came up with..."
