Who are The Architects?
Me and my brother made this joke that whenever you die and it says "Misadventure", a dude named Misadventure sniped you. But, when it says "Killed by The Architects," I've always drawn a blank. Are these like other gods besides the Traveler? Will they have a part to play in CoO, the Warmind Expansion, or D3? Anyone knows, please tell me.

As Oryx and its brethren discovered the Sword Logic, so others uncovered other such fundamental laws. The Architects were one such group, blessed with incomparable abilities. The nature of their powers forced them to wipe out the rest of their species to allow them to ascend, successfully weaving themselves into the universe for all time. Their glory, witnessed and comprehended by the Vex, has become a symbol to them, raising their spirits, if these soulless robots had any.

1 ReplySomeone on here a while back posted that Bungie should create a kill tracker for misadventures. I honesty think out of humor Bungie needs to do this for both misadventure and architect deaths.

Well we probably won't find out until Destiny 5 that ends up being made by an entirely different company where it turns out the Ghost becomes the villain...for some reason that is never made clear.

I guess some of you haven’t been around for a while. In Halo, if you were killed by the soft or hard kill zone, you were killed by the guardians. Now that we’re guardians ourselves, kill zones need a new name. Who knows, maybe in Bungies next IP we become Architects. 🤷♀️

I believe the Architects are the creepy pyramid ships. They may well be a physical manifestation of the Darkness itself
