[b]Issue Information[/b]
Destination/Activity: Game Startup
Description: Whenever I launch Destiny 2 from the Blizzard App the game loads up and all I see is a white screen with the loading pattern frozen, I tried everything Bungie recommended, everything Blizzard recommended, and everything the community recommended. I tried reinstalling the whole game, and when I gave my friend my login information on his computer he got into my account fine.
EDIT 1: I completely reinstalled windows and I'm having the same problem. And my friend brought over his laptop to see if he can play on my Internet, and he was fully able to get into destiny no problem.
[b][u][i]MY SOLUTION[/i][/u][/b]: I had a PS4 controller plugged into my PC, the driver was somehow blocking my game from running. So turn off your computer unplug everything non-essential (NOT KEYBOARD, ETHERNET, MOUSE, AND POWER{duh}) Turn on your PC and run Destiny 2. This was my problem so there could be other drivers interfering with Destiny 2.

The hotfix they deployed today hasn't changed anything. My friend was able to connect to the game on my account. I was able to play the game on my brother's computer, which is identical to mine except that I have an SSD instead of an HDD. C'mon Bungie, help us, please

2 RepliesI was having issue as well. This is how i fixed it. Only have 1 audio plugged in. (Must be unplugged and not disabled) For example i was using a speaker and my usb headset, i unplugged my speakers and only used my headset then restarted my pc. This worked for me. Lmk if this help

1 ReplyAlso same issue, however I did notice that even though my screen was frozen I loaded into the game and could hear windows opening and closing when I pressed escape.

1 ReplyHey, I had the same problem when the game was released. The bug ended up fixing itself after a few hours (somehow), but it reappeared this morning. I've tried everything but I still can't play. Has anyone found anything about this issue ?

I'm not absolutely sure, but I think you need to include the phrase "#Help" (without quotes) somewhere in your post or title???
