Raid keys removed from inventory on Thursday 9-21-17
I obtained 2 raid keys last night on 9-20-17 and logged off without spending them. After looking in my inventory today 9-21-17 my keys are no longer in my inventory....they are now gone. This is extremely frustrating after spending time on the raid to have your progress taken away from you. Bungie please help and get my keys back. Thanks

Additionally, Raid keys will be removed from Character inventory upon weekly reset. If you are experiencing this issue without creating a new character, please answer the following: [quote]• When did receive the keys that appear to have gone missing? • Did you return to Orbit, enter alternate activities, or open chests on alternate destinations? • Do you have any video evidence of Raid keys being removed from your inventory?[/quote] I will be forwarding information to internal teams for investigation.

EdgarHighman, also missing a key. Completed raid start to end and only have 2 of my 3 keys. We did leave at bath house and then return to the raid.

Lost all 3 or 4 of my keys. Also to note, I made a new character, so rip my keys. Any report on when the glitch will be fixed?

I lost only one key during week 3 of destiny2 when I broke down one of my warlocks to create a new titian. After breaking the char down, I beat the raid later that week with my remaining warlock and had 3 keys one of the keys was a transfer key. When I went to open the chest it was gone. I had never opened chest before this was my first time.

Completed the raid with 5 other friends last night (Tuesday night, US, 9/26/2017) and got the conduit, transfer and aqueduct keys. After beating Calus, we went to orbit then loaded the raid back up to grab our loot. At the beginning of the underbelly, I opened up my inventory to check which keys we got through the various checkpoints of the raid. I saw the 3 keys and read them out to my fireteam to make sure we knew which rooms in the underbelly to go to. After about 10 seconds or so I witnessed ALL 3 disappear from the inventory screen. I didn't think anything of it (I assumed it was a visual bug) until we got to the Transfer Key chest where it said it required a key. Opened up my inventory again and yup, all the keys gone. Now when I went to go use my keys it was AFTER we beat Calus. Has anyone here lost their keys BEFORE beating him? I'm curious if there might be a bug from the recent update where it thinks that by you beating Calus it causes the keys to reset as if you had already done the raid this week. That's horribly explained but that's my two cents as to why raid keys might now be disappearing (not from the weekly reset). Will we be able to get these keys back somehow in the future? If not could you provide a list suggestions as to potential triggers for this bug so that we have an idea of what things to avoid during/after doing the raid? Thanks. Xbox GT: WuuDee

Just did two parts in the raid. Didn’t log out, didn’t make a new character. Just went back to orbit, and back in. All clan members still had keys, I was the only one missing. Lost two keys, and hours worth of getting gear. I expect to have my keys returned, compensated of my time back. Fix your game, Bungie. This nonsense has been happening long enough.

2 RepliesLost raid keys. Finished raid, we derped around in the treasure vault room a bit. A couple of us died a couple times in there (me too). Went to orbit and loaded back in immediately. Hi, "moinau514" had 3 keys at the end of the raid on thursday the 26th. We finished the raid around 10 pm EST. All the same team for the begining to the end. We all had the 3 keys. If I remember well we went at the tower. He view his keys in the inventory, then we all goes to get the chest, but at the first one he couldn't open it ! no more keys in the inventory. Moinau514 and I are playing in the same house with too different PS4 on the same internet connection. Thank you. Blackpixel83.

Happened to me last night 9/26/2017 while we were at the Calus chest, "hey guys lets do the chests since we are here!" Checks inventory.....everything but keys in the inventory..... Also want to note, did not change activity, all characters have completed story mode, literally happened while in the raid gamertag Mahdi88. Anything you can do Bungie?

1 ReplyI got all 3 keys in the raid lets last night. They showed up on my screen after each event. When we went in to get the rewards all my 5 party members had the 3 keys to open the caches... but my 3 keys had dissapeared. I would like those back please!

Finished the raid around midnight on 9/27 returned to the tower checked my inventory and no keys were present, this affected four members total in the raid, two members still possessing all three keys.

Hello, this is the third week that i miss keys from raid, i have only 1 character lv20 and every week i receive keys and i missed them every time I go to open the chests. Yesterday i complete all the raid with my team, we go on orbit and go to open chests but when i arrived to the chest i had no keys.

I just finished a raid run, and all three of my keys are missing AGAIN =[ this has happened 3 times now and its freaking ridiculous!

Other 4 people didn't have any problems with their keys. Went to the orbit together. But I’m not sure if my keys ever being in the inventory. I just saw them droping to me in the right corner of the screen but didn’t actually check them later.

I sure hope they replace our keys. I was wondering where mine went. Now i know its because i made a new character. Good to know im forced to play a 305 light forever till bugs are done.

We had the same issue. I just ran the Leviathan Raid on Xbox One Via Guided Games. We were "Guides" in the guided games. 4 of us are in the Knights of the Night Clan, 1 was a friend, and one was a "Seeker" in the guided game system. After each raid encounter all 6 of us earned raid keys. Conduit, Armory, Aqueduct were the keys that we earned. After we finished the Calus portion we went down the elevator, earned our loot and then went straight back into the Leviathan raid without going to orbit. All 3 of my keys (GT: Evi1 Abed) were deleted. I have 5 other eyewitnesses to this. Not only this, but all of our "The Proving" Raid Challenges had 0% progress. I did not create or delete a character. We literally did not even go to orbit. We were in Calus's underground room after you defeat him. We were in a "Guided Games" instance of the raid as the guides, went straight from Raid to Raid in the director.

Ran the raid with 5 others, went to orbit, then back to the raid. After we all loaded in, I realized I didn't have my raid keys but the 5 others still did. 1. Ran the raid around 8pm PST today and finished around 10:30pm PST. Had the keys at 10:30pm PST before opening the final chest after killing the boss, didn't have the keys minutes later after going back to the raid. 2. Yes, we returned to orbit and immediately went back to the raid. However didn't check if the keys disappeared after opening the chest and before going to orbit. 3. My entire clan lost their keys after we did the raid and went to the tower, and we went back to open up the chest and all of us had lost our keys.
