Does each character get the clan engrams once or just one character?
This BS is confusing, do all of my characters get the engrams from the clan or is it only one character then the others get nothing?

The comments you are getting arent accurate. The 4 clan engrams are per acct NOT per character. The clan banner/reward is across the whole acct. You can accept those once per week if unlocked through clan. The milestones are different story. You can do those on all characters.
