I have just gotten eyasluna hand cannon with surrounded, snapshot/explosive rounds, luck in the chamber opinions please if I should keep

1 ReplyPeople like to copy other people's god rolls too much. I have an Ill Will w/outlaw/braced frame/Luck, that gives you a 1 in 5 chance of a lucky shot, it had decent range and power and I'd put that up against anyone else's pistol.
-
With no range perk it's not really a "god roll", but it's not terrible. Try it out and see how it does for you.
-
Take it out for a spin see if you like it.
-
If you want to see the truest of the true Luna God rolls look at my hunter..
-
Personally, I would keep it since explosive rounds have less dmg drop off than rifled. I used a luna with sureshot, rangefinder, explosive rounds, and hidden hand and it still did work. Range perks do help with accuracy from longer ranges, but if you know how to work around that, a range perk isn't necessary.

God rolls depend on the player
-
1 ReplyNo range perk useless.
-
For a god rolled handcannon in pvp, you definitely need rangefinder with hammerforge/rifle, and its personal preference for the last perk. Reinforced barrel is good for the middle, but the loss of stability makes it harder to use than the other perks.
-
1 ReplyI like mine. Outlaw braced frame litc.
-
That would be dismantled so fast I would forget I even just got it.
-
God roll? Definitely not! But if you feel comfortable with it, keep it
-
Pffft insta shard You want litc, rifled barrel and rangefinder. That's the true god roll
-
The one on my alt Titan (one with the Old Guard Emblem) is what a God roll looks like on Luna. The one you got is shard material.
-
2 RepliesGod roll equipped on my hunter
-
8 RepliesNot bad, but explosive rounds are kind of a waste in pvp. My go to Luna that I use for PVP has Outlaw-Reinforced barrel, and luck in the chamber. Not a "god roll" but it's my Demi-god roll.
-
Keep it until you get on with both LITC and rangefinder. As well as rifled/any range boosting middle perk
-
If my hand cannon has explosive rounds keeping it if it doesn't bye
-
I'd say take it for a spin, looks like it's serviceable! Honestly though, I'm spoiled by mine with Outlaw, Rifled Barrel and LitC. It treats me well!
-
Explosive rounds are great in pve. What sights? Sureshot and truesight feel the best for me.
-
try it out. if it seems right, utilize it.
-
Keep. Explosive rounds are great on Hand Cannons because the damage drop off is much less.
-
A PvP God Roll would be along the lines of Rifled Barrel + Rangefinder/LitC. With the HC nerf, you really need range-boosting perks on them for the build to be truly considered a god roll. Surrounded and Explosive Rounds are okay for PvE, but not much else is really worth celebrating about the weapon.

I'd say certainly not a god roll, but still a good roll on a good cannon. Not gonna give you any trouble in PVE. It doesn't have a great synergy going though. If you had something reducing your mag size then Luck In The Chamber would be more likely to proc early and you could reload after, but then you'd want something to reload fast too. Surrounded is very conditional and isn't going to go well with much else anyways. The other two are good, but no real synergy. DO use it and see if you like it. It'll be good for some PVE action, sure, but it ain't no Crucible Killa.
