I've been wondering what the Destiny logo means. It's been there all our guardians lives. But what does it mean? I can't think of anything. Maybe someone could educate me.

Well, it has some lore significance, because itappeared in the shoe desighn of the martian astronaughts, and then the speakers mask. It is also on the back of the travaler holiday mask

The womb. Destiny is permeated with allusion to life, death, birth and creation. That's what I think it's symbolic of.

Pretty sure it's supposed to represent the nose bridge of a wolf, it represents the guardians united like a "wolf pack"

1 ReplyEdited by Zelrons: 6/28/2017 5:25:30 PMWhat does any logo mean? It just kind of looks cool I guess. If you pressed me for an answer I'd say that the three points probably represent the three classes united together. The purpose of the cutout section I can't really think of, but there is probably significance in that it is surrounded by the other "Guardian" section.

My favorite restaurant : dining at the "Y".

Either the logo is the vault of glass, or the vault of glass is shaped like the logo as an Easter egg.

10 RepliesPure whimsy, but the outside might represent the three classes united around the Traveler/Last City/Light, protecting it, but separate, possibly implying there might be some sort of ending like the one set for Moses, where the people of Israel were led to the Promised Land by Moses but he himself was not permitted to enjoy it.

There is no symbolic meaning behind the logo. The only thing I could think of is that it unites the three main classes: Hunter, Warlock, and Titan in their selective spots in the logo. Overall, there's no meaning unless Bungie explains it, other than that, there's nothing...just like there's "no darkness" according to Luke Smith (Director of Bungie).
