Gamestop Used Game 7 Day Return Policy?
So I heard that If I buy a used game and I return it in 7 days or less I will get a full refund? Is this true? Has anyone ever done this? Do you have to have a good reason to return the game?

As someone who actually works at Gamestop, yes, you have 7 days to return any used games, accessories, or systems for full refund and 30 days if the prodcut doesn't work to switch it out for another. New games you may return in 7 days if they are unopened. Also, [i]have your receipt.[/i] You are able to make the return at any Gamestop too, not just the one you purchased it at.

If they were truly pissed that customers kept doing this, I'm sure they would have changed their return policy by now. Oh yeah, FULL REFUND! Within 7 days of purchase.

I did that today, bought Heavy Rain a week ago completed it 3 times and today i returned it and got a full refund. But that's here in Sweden, i don't know how it is there, wherever you are.

I have done this twice with PS3 games. Just make sure you return the game within 7 days, and you will get a full refund. I usually just exchange the game, though. Pretty good if the game is short, with little or no replay value.

The 7 day return policy is where if you buy any game used, you get 7 days to return it to the store with receipt, for any reason (like not liking the game) and you will get a full refund.

Used games have a 7-day return policy. You can even return it on the 7th day if you want. All they ask is "Is there anything wrong with it?" Just say "I didn't really like it that much." Don't sweat it. I've done it before to try out games.

I've only heard if you buy a used game you get a new one if it brakes within 30 days. Never heard of 7 day refund.

Those are brand new games. Used products can be returned in 30 days or less I believe. [Edited on 07.13.2010 2:31 PM PDT]
