Good Looking Titan Armor Sets?
I've been trying to decide what armor set to grind for my Titan. The days of iron set looks cool but how often do the ornaments drop?

It depends how much you mix and match. these are my favorite sets with shaders: -Iron companion helm -Winged sun plate -Order's gauntlets (New Monarchy engrams) -Winged sun gauntlets -Idylls of the Iron Lords (w/ ornament) -Banner Unbroken, Knight-errant, (anything shiny). Full sets I enjoy -Jovian Guard (PS Exclusive) -Iron Companion/Camelot -VoG, all ornaments -Queens Guard It's important to notice what armor you like, and mix and match the armor with others. and to answer your question about days of iron ornaments, don't count on them dropping ever. They're a rare drop since age of triumph. Also if you dismantle the Days of Iron Ornament, you get silver dust which is useful for engrams at the silver dust store.

I like the desolate armor for the Titan. The only problem with it is that your buddies shoot you because you look like a taken and it is not effected by shaders. That is why I like to also have a set of days of iron armor. I used the ornament on them so that they look awesome and partially catch on fire.

Don't bother with Days of Iron. Real Titans grind for Queen's Wrath gear.

WotM armour looks pretty good. Taken King Iron Banner gear looks awesome. I'm also a fan of the Taken King vanguard set as well.

1 ReplyHonestly, the only complete set that really impresses me to see people wearing is the Queen's Wrath armor. Everything else is pretty meh.

My favorite armor sets are 1. Year 2 Trials of Osiris Gear (Pariah) 2. Crota gear (All ornaments) 3. Year 3 Trials gear (All ornaments)

I never play titan but he has full year 2 trials armor (easy to get now just play and get endgame rewards) and he looks baller. I think it looks cooler than year 3.

I like the hesprano helmet. Pair that with a white shader and you get a stormtrooper. Weapon accuracy is the same.

1 ReplyFull wrath of the machine gear. With newest ornaments. Then, put on either the Hanged Man shader, or Nanopoesis. Look at my male Titan.

The Queen gear is beautiful. As far as raids go no other class even comes close to wearing wrath gear like Titans do. Second favorite would be crota's end gear. I wear whatever I feel like depending on what activity I'm doing. I have a hideous tier 12 look but I feel tier 12 is kinda useless as long as you have 2 of your preferred tiers at 5. For PvP it's all ugly IMO. Especially iron banner gear.

I've been lucky enough to get a complete set of year two raid armour and mark plus shader, it's outstanding! On my Titan now... plus good stats😊

1 ReplyThe titan set from archons forge looks great with Amalthea cannon mark from the splicer priest on a male titan combine it with god of war and it looks insane. Another set I really love and want my hands on is the old year one fwc armor not sure of the name you can purchase it with silver dust for the engrams from year one.

For a long time I wore the FWC Infinite Lines helmet that looks like a skull with just about anything. The Snowglare set is my next favorite, and the Raku Gwener Type 1 set you can buy from Shaxx (except the helmet). I kinda like the stripes they have. Definitely makes you stand out.
