What is the weekly patrol quest in the book?
I do the shiro bounties every week (well at least 2 of them a week) and my progress still says 0/5. What do you need to do?

It's called plaguelander I believe.

Every week Shiro will give you a quest to do a bunch if different patrols in the Plaguelands. You need to complete this quest 5 times to finish your record book entry. You just seem to be confusing bounties and quests.
