For a guaranteed drop you need to equip your arc subclass, equip arc damage weapons in every slot as well as arc based armour, use a 3oC, then farm the Omnigal strike over and over until an exotic primary drops! Just make sure you finish her off with arc damage! The arc blade would be your best best! Might need some friends so no randoms -blam!-s up the method and kills her another way!
