Purchased the Taken King Collectors edition but didn't get everything I was supposed to...
Hi! I purchased the Digital Collectors edition on xBox One but so far haven't received anything for my Titan. My Warlock and Hunter did receive the class item and shader but not my Titan. Also it would be nice to be able to use them on the 360. Did not get the 3 sparks I was supposed to get although I still have my 3 from the 360. Whom do I contact for this ? Thank you!

Ok now I know why I didn't get anything for my Titan. Shader is available in the shaders collections and have the dance move. The class item is available in the exotics armor. Last year when I purchased the 360 Collectors edition for my grandson, I went on his system with my Titan and got these, however when I got back home, couldn't use them as I did not purchase the Collectors edition for myself. After a while I dismantle the class item as I couldn't do anything with it. When I purchased the collectors edition for my xBox One a few weeks ago, I was expecting to get it back but it didn't. 😒 And yes I bought the collectors edition for my grandson's xBox One too... Sheesh.

It would have been on the character you first logged in as immediately after installing TTK - in its Post Office box. If you deleted that character before grabbing it, then it's gone for good. But it's only 1 - not 3. Likewise, if you already had Taken King installed (but only just recently bought the collector's edition) then (from what I *hear*) you wouldn't have gotten a second one out of the deal. [b][u]Lack of Titan item?[/u][/b] Like the Spark, the item would have been sent to your Post Office. In this case for the Titan. If you left it in the Post while continuing to play, then it's possible it got destroyed to make room for more loot. The Post Office destroys old items to make room for now. BUT DONT WORRY!!! It will be purchasable in the Exotic Armor kiosk... likely for 1 exotic shard and some glimmer.

1 ReplyThank you both! 😺 My main concern is not getting my class item, shader and dance move for my Titan. I don't think I really need the spark of lights although when I purchased the game for the xBox One for $100. plus tax it said I would be getting all of those, soooo. Also Bungie said if you bought the game for the 360, you'd get the xBox One version for free. Well I already have it all on the 360 except for the collectors items and would have hoped the reverse would work too. But anyhow what I really want is my Titan's collectors stuff I am supposed to get on the xBox One at least. 😉

Those items are tied to the console you purchase them on, so you will not be able to use them on the 360 unless you buy them on the 360. The spark of light is a once-per-account deal, so if you alreay had yours through the 360, you won't get another, even on Xbox One.
