Hey there, The most effective way to farm Crota's Bane Reputation is through the Court of Oryx. Any type of rune works and as long as the objective is completed you'll be awarded reputation for that and occasionally a Bounty can drop which could reward up to 500 Reputation each at times. Fastest way is to stalk CoO, hope someones looking to run a lot of runes, it's 25 for tier1, 50 for 2 and 100 for tier3 (i think?) anyway if your there when ppl use tier3's and they do, usually a fireteam arrives and does a few, anyway you can easily rank up a lot of rep, does mean a Lot of luck/returning to orbit and back when noone is on server your in.. when it gets full though you'll rank up a level easily..also gets you a few engrams from add's, don't think the chest rewards you, defo get the rep just for being there/helping though.
