I played destiny a lot since its release. Thinking inside hoping it would evolve into something more mass effect but I don't understand what this new DLC is! Here is some points that just make me feel a bit annoyed. 1. Destiny was termed a space opera in the beginning, so I don't get all these medieval aspects being added. Too many GOT fans working at bungie? Where did literal wolves come from or is that a "past" aspect. It just doesn't 'click' with what has come before... Aside from the plague red base in the trailer I don't even recognise the areas within the destiny world 2. Why are they bringing in the plague?? This is just the flood from halo at this point. We already have the taken. Why didn't they just do a raid etc based on what fans have wanted for over a year e.g Cabal raid... Fallen raid... The plague is technological, why not use the fallen using the vex in that aspect.... It seems messed up they want to become technological gods, even though that was the vex story 3. They aren't even making new stuff at this point, they are just trying to retroactively rewrite the destiny world based around the iron banner. Introducing the back story even though we don't even know what is happening in the present story. Where is the stranger, what are the cabal doing, are the taken dead... I am watching the stream as I write this and have become so jaded at this franchise. It is random ideas that are being thrown around. The game is becoming a fan girl over itself by its staff, instead of actually contributing to the game and it's advancement. How many times 'that looks good' was said has nothing to do with what will actually be a good well rounded game. They even started saying 'Hodor' in the stream. These people are clueless!!!
