WTF man, i keep getting baboon every dang day, here i thought it was a one day thing, no i ended up resetting my router over and over again and i have had it. Over 4 days now, i had thought i was able to fix the problem but it seems to never work.
I end up getting. Attention Connecting to destiny servers once to three times until it kicks me out of game saying baboon OR kicks me to orbit saying weasel. This had happen to me for the past 3 days now, going on four.
Can you please fix these servers up just enough to were WE of all players can connect. I may have weather issue's but i always reset the router to were it works against the weather connections. Please dont say it's my internet because trust me, i have had it to the top of the blazing hot volcano of my imagination to the point of destroying my router. I know bungie can do alot better and i know their keeping track, and i really hate to say it.
I know about the new DLC's bungie is working on and i understand their doing they're best but they should have atleast one or two people on the job to look over the error code's and follow them, no offence bungie. You're servers are great and all during Halo's times but Right now, Destiny needs the attention and a new update for servers wouldn't kill us or your team, bungie.

i just got the baboon error code for the first time in 4 months and i know for a fact it did not happen on my end and it doesnt help that they r no longer doing updates for destiny either so there is no way to solve this issue anymore unless they actually go bak to doing regular updates/maintenance on the games servers which i hope to hell they do since everyone still plays this game more then 2

2 RepliesI solved this problem by turning off my ps4 turning it on but kept holding the button until the safe mode screen comes up (after the ps4 makes the two bleeps) then click rebuild database and that solved my problem

1 ReplyEdited by RAIST5150: 6/9/2016 2:17:11 AMHas your modem been checked out? You mentioned bouncing the router, but nothing about the modem. Signal page or event log may show signs of issues that your ISP may need to address. They may need to reset it to defaults after reviewing the stats/log so it can refresh it's config from the head end. Could be an issue in the peering portions deeper in your route, or specific to the networks of the peering/transit partners your ISP is using. All of these things fall under your ISP to manage...not Bungie.

10 RepliesThis error can be due to packet loss or disconnections between your home network and Bungie (such as ISP saturation or general internet congestion). It can even be caused by certain WiFi setups, or mobile hotspots that may have experienced a blip or loss of connection Before proceeding any further, we strongly recommend switching from WiFi to a wired connection, at least temporarily. This is an important first troubleshooting step to rule out WiFi signal strength/stability as a possible culprit. If you're experiencing an issue where you repeatedly hit this error and cannot log into Destiny, please attempt to force quit Destiny by completely closing the game and relaunching Destiny to get out of this state. If you continue to receive this error, please consider following the suggestions in our Network Troubleshooting Guide. https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 WEASEL is a split-off error that was previously grouped under other errors. This split helps expedite investigations and fixes and will be easier to understand the specific issue the player is experiencing. Bungie servers are fine, I used to have the same problem all the time then I upgraded my internet and it stopped. This error is probably due to that, try turning off your router AND console for a few minutes and turning them back on. Also try clearing your cache.
