The Devil you Know is the best legendary hand Cannon
Only if you roll Sureshot, Rangefinder, Rifled Barrel and Hidden Hand. It has a base stability of 42. It also has a base aim assist at 81. With Sureshot and hidden hand, it will be right at 100. Rangefinder and Rifled Barrel will help with the 25 base range stat. So to simplify it, within hand cannon range, it will hit your target as long as you're aimed near it. So head shots will come very easy.

3 RepliesEdited by sergantsnipes05: 4/27/2016 3:20:29 PMI find that if a hand cannon gets past a range value of 60 that it is consistent and accurate in ways I feel all hand cannons should be which is why I'm loving finnalas peril so much right now If it's less than 60 I get phantom bullets and frustrated i.e. Hawkmoon I'm planning on making a video of a lot of frame by frame break downs of just how bad the phantom bullets are with hand cannons unless they get to the 60 range value.

I am a Lord high fixer fan body since the start!! I might be the only one who still uses the old 170 vendor version in pvp all the time!! Tdyk is a great HC, there is no doubt about that! But for me the Lord high fixer has something unique in the way it handles!! I think I had pretty much all HCs at one point and tried them all, but I always came back to the LHF!! Praise the Lord, I'm so happy you are back!!!!

nah OP lord high fixer is where it's at. my role is meh but works wonders sureshot is exumed renforced barrel third eye that thing does magic.
