How do you get across Crota's bridge with a 5 man fire team?
Trying to do Crota for the first time (embarrassing, I know..) but with only a 5 man fire team. Can anyone explain how to get across the bridge? We can get 2 people across leaving 3 on the near side, but then whatever combo we try starts the Annihilator de-buff..

once the second person is across kill the sword-bearer (as close to centre as possible) before doing the bridge then 3rd needs to rush across the bridge and remember to jump at the end as the bridge will disappear. the simply use the 3 on alt side to bring up bridge. Enjoy

The third guy needs to be the one holding the bridge plate. If you kill the sword bearer near enough to that guy, he can grab the sword and run across before it despawns fully. Might have to make a bit of a leap of faith, but it can be done pretty easily.

There are multiple cheese methods for the bridge part. Just look one of them up on Youtube. If you're playing on easy then wipe with a warlock and have them self rez and revive. Easiest method around.

Two over as normal, then the third guy to go is the one on the middle plate. He just grabs the sword and gets over before the bridge disappears. Then the three on the far side build the bridge for the two left. Simple when you know how...! Thanks for all the comments guys

jump across with sword! others wipe to de spawn! warlocks self res, kill ogors done! lol

Take a sword and swing across then have everyone wipe and solo it

Repeat this process until a total of 3 are across. 4. People across stay on circles until bridge form. People on other side kill sword bearer and take sword to cross. 5. Repeat until everyone is across. 6 kill adds until two ogres appear. Kill them. 6. Done.

Look up the cheese on YouTube, not sure if it's patched yet, basically send one across, the 4 still on the start side wipe, a self res warlock respawns and revives the team once the ads are gone.(hard mode you can't respawn teammates only easy) then you snipe the adds that spawn on the other side, once you kill the 2 ogres you get your loot and the bridge will spawn and everyone crosses

You can actually solo it if you get off of the plate IMMEDIATELY after you hear that loud annihilator screech. Then get back on. You will lose super energy and you will have a red screen and yes your controller should feel like a pipe bomb about to explode.

Afew things. . And if you're on xbox one.. im down to run through it with your friends. Ive soloed most of it and 2 manned the whole thing.. The normal way of doing it.. once 3 people are across, they build the bridge from the other side for the 2 people left back

Alone with sword

Just have your third (middle platform) form the bridge, grab the sword (hopefully the sword bearer died near him) then run back to the middle platform. It should reform quickly. Then he needs to run about half way across and jump, sword swing the remainder.

You can two man it...

You need 6 to do it legit. To do with less. You have to get good at jumping with the sword.
