What is the best arc PvE legendary heavy weapon?

Slow fire? BTRD/Jolder's/Deviant Gravity. Fast fire? Unending Deluge ... very similar to Corrective Measure's specs, with more impact.

Btrd on arc, feeding frenzy, and counterbalance.... Just have a spare pair of pants nearby when you use it, I made the mistake of forgetting mine...

My Radegast's has maxed blast radius and near maxed velocity I always use it for pve if i need an arc launcher

Thunderlord. Oh yeah, legendary... Arc Radegast Fury if you want a launcher. Jolders Hammer/Deviant Gravity-A if you want a MG.

Song ir yut if you like machine guns. I rolled dreamwaker rocket launcher until i got arc and tracking.
