It comes from people looking at trophy completion percentages on PSN right?
Since I don't have PSN could someone do me a solid and look up the completion rates for these trophies too:
Vanguard Honor
Fully Weaponized
Decryptologist
The three mastery trophies for each class
If someone on PSN could look those 6 up for me it would be greatly appreciated, or if someone can link me a website that shows trophy completion rates, I would also be in your debt.

6 RepliesBetter yet, I'll break it down for you so you can better understand those statistics: - about 10% of PSN users purchased the game, but never played it. - about 50% of owners of the game quit before making it to lvl 20. - a little less than half the remaining still play the game. This means that the 18% that completed the raid is really 80% of the true fan base. Nice job bungie *slow claps*

Back in november only about 20% had completed VoG. This came from numbers Bungie released on how many destiny accounts there were at the time and how many people had completed the raid. The numbers were released about 3 weeks a part and I did the percentage myself. The trend though for all mmo games with raiding is that only 20-30% of the players actually complete the current raids. I'm assuming with the ease of Crota and the length between content that Destiny is maybe around 30-40% of the active players. This doesn't include the people who bought the game but dont play anymore. Not including a raid with the dlc is actually a smart move as raiding while fun is not done by majority of people in all games.

I'm on Xbox and have all the achievements. :)

2 RepliesI'm sure a huge number of people will play till the story ends and quit. Especially because you can finish the game and be at like 20 and then you just have to do tedious stuff to get light or armor to even get to a level to do the raids. And it may take longer to get shards to level them. It's a bad method that drives people away. For me finishing the game should necesarily put you at a level to do the raid. Also i'd bet many many people are turned off as soon as the realize that the "endgame" is just doing the same strikes and missions over and over. A lot of that will happen before they get to raid level. And honestly, the first time i ran the raid it took like two hours and we didn't finish and i got nothing good. I was like the vault of glass space was very cool and the mechanics but i wasn't that fond of sitting there for like 2 hours. And that was the good experience. The second time i did the raid it was just people being dicks and complaining about how everyone else sucks. I quit doing the raid for like a month and a half. In fact since then i've barely done a full raid. I'll just jump in at Atheon to try and get a gjallahorn or something.

1 ReplyI've read this as well...but when it comes to raids i believe the data was only relating to completions on PS4, if you were to take the raid completions from PS3 as well as both Xbox systems...the raid completion percentage is actually closer to a mere 8% for the entire player base...and only approx 3% of the 8% total have completed a flawless raid.

A lot of people don't know about LFG. That's the problem. In-game LFG or matchmaking would fix the problem.

I'm missing flawless raider (haven't gotten around to trying) and some assist points in salvage game mode (because I just don't like the mode that much.
