Crux of Crota Drop Rate?
I have beaten Crota on Hard over 20 times and still no Crux. Why does one of the worst weapons have such a low drop rate? C'mon bungie.

I got my crux on my second run (did it once on my Titan, then when I did it on hunter, I got it) but I didn't have glow hoo on my hunter. I feel like this game is full of superstitious people and it really messes up everyone else

Took me 100 hard crotas and got my first one

It's the same old story....luck or call it "Destiny's roll of dice" lost count of completions and still none.

Pushing 100 completions. Have 3 crux. One I turned in to Nechrocasm, and two are just hanging out in my inventory.

Drop rate is too high. It's a curse. Don't want one to drop, cuz once one does, you will keep getting them. It's a never ending curse and you can't store more than one in the vault and you will feel bad deleting it when people try their butt off for one.

7 RepliesYou probably already know this so I'm sorry if I'm just knocking it into your head; Glowhoo increases your chance quite a bit, the game registers you've beaten it before on hard so the Crux comes into the loot table. Once I learned this fact, after I think 5 hard runs, I got the Crux. Hopefully this helped instead of just reinforcing a fact.

Yeah it's taken me a while but since a week or two ago I have gotten 3 crux's...

I've always been lucky in games so first hard Atheon I got my vex. First hard Crota with crux available it dropped.
