[BUG] Focused Light
Redeemed Redbull code for the "Focused Light".
Code page say: Focused Light item available for pickup at the Postmaster.
Not there. Been like 15 hours since i redeemed it. Logged in/out and had console turned off for 10 of those hours. Still not here...

Last Monday (8/10) I claimed the code but it never showed up at the postmaster. This past Monday (8/17) it arrived. I didn't do anything special. It just showed up. Prehaps its taking awhile longer then normal. However, the second issue is with Redbull. The very 1st code I entered in that day was said to have already been used (error code 2003 <---I think) I've email and attached the photo of the code to Redbull and still no reply. It's been 10 bussiness days now. I guess the codes must have wings or something...will keep you guys posted

Same problem with me. Redeemed 7 codes and not at postmaster. Have they made any statements on when this is going to be fixed?

I found this on the Red Bull page: "We are aware of an issue where the Focused Light consumable failed to appear at the Postmaster for Red Bull Quest codes redeemed after 8/11/2015. No codes redeemed after this date will be lost. You can continue to redeem Red Bull Quest codes while we investigate this issue. Once the matter is resolved, the Focused Light consumable will be made available at the Postmaster." I hope this helps resolve any stress you guys have. I am in the same boat, am missing 5 at the moment.
