Fix crucible melee registration

Ok, so you are literally admitting that Destiny 2 pvp has a very bad hit registration. -
I don't want to sound disrespectful to the OP, but can you imagine them fixing [b][i]anything [/i][/b]atm? They can't even find anything to put in a TWID

"Because difficulty" if anything it should be a percentage based damage in over as it's super risky to be anywhere near anything at higher levels and we have no proper way to defend ourselves when swarmed... Edit ya crucible I know it's bad there to but a close quarters overhaul would be nice in general
