Easy way to finish Pillar of Autumn Mass Driver Cannon Legendary solo
SPOILERS*
Hey guys, should probably double check whether anyone else posted this, but with the mass driver bit, I was having trouble doing it on solo legendary, so I figured that if you just jumped in, jumped back out and cower happily at the bottom of the stairs out of sight of the phantom etc., then when the guy screams "fire!" just jump in and fire into the corvette. That easy. Seems to take the phantoms a bit to pick up on what you're doing once you hop in.

A: It's a CCS class battlecruiser, not a corvette. B: You can easily take out the phantoms, and jump out and cover shield when your health gets low. I personally disabled a few of the phantom's main guns before getting in to blow up the ship.
