It would have been long gone for like 800 years
-
yes only there is no mind

1 ReplyIf an exo and their original body meet and touch they shatter into countless theoretical shards. Or to quote Kneel Degrassi Tyson: "Hold on to ya dookie, it's about to get spooky"
-
I started a new D1 game last night. When your ghost finds you, you have been dead for some time. The world has changed and he starts explaining it to you. This shouldn't be any different... if the story was consistent.
-
The one that gets iced is Cayde-6. Maybe there's a Cayde-7 coming....
-
5 RepliesNo it cannot. When creating the exo, the human mind is taken from the body and placed in an engramatic state. It is not "copied", but instead altered to a new state of being. That's why exo's need "rebooting", as the human mind is not designed to cope with the new form. The original form then becomes a mindless husk with no control. Basically a vegetable state.

1 ReplyExo's don't make any sense in Destiny. Unless there's organic matter in an Exo, I don't see any good plot reason or story for a machine to be able to be resurrected from the "dead" into a Light wielding space wizard. It just sounds -blam!-.
-
7 RepliesNo, they can only rez you in whatever form you were in after your first death. The assumption in the lore comunity is that after a human turns into an exo the human form is disposed off so all that is left is the exo frame and the mind of the human.
-
do you nelieve in souls? because that would be the answer
-
7 RepliesThey say Osiris was misincarnated as a human
-
1 ReplyI guess so. That would be super trippy if the resurrected body met the exo with their mind though.
-
10 RepliesNo it can't. The Exo mind is a digitized human consciousness placed within an artificial body.
-
17 RepliesWell it should be possible, but really depends on what happens to a person's body after becoming an Exo.
-
1 ReplyThe human’s consciousness is put in the exo body, but if you want to revive a mindless husk, go ahead!
-
1 ReplyIf they could then Exos wouldn't be a Guardian race.
-
It’s not real it’s a game.
-
1 ReplyDoubt it. If the person was already an exo when The Collapse occurred, the Ghost wouldn't have access to the person's DNA to figure out how to rebuild their body.
-
we can make it happen! we have the technology!
-
1 ReplyCAYDE IS DEAD GET OVER IT
-
11 RepliesI've thought of this too, and think that would be a great outcome. Also imaging Cayde's son, Ace making an appearance and taking over his spot to help avenge his father.
