So am I the only one that didn't buy the Ice-Breaker?
I just don't see the point in it, sure it explodes enemies but really what are the chances you're going to kill anyone else with the explosion, I don't want the regenerating ammo either, sorry but I can walk. If I'm going to use anything that regens ammo it's going to be the Invective. Plus the fact my Suros Regime is going to be out pretty much 24/7

And I really hope anyone who uses snipers in PvP should have their copy of Destiny taken away and smashed.

3 отв.Изменено (Zoop): 12/16/2014 2:03:04 PMIts a shit sniper for pvp, too much range (yes, too much, it zooms too far), and the recoil is ridiculous. Its only up-side is the regen ammo, and that really should not be a problem in pvp, enough ammo laying around. In PvE tho, its a monster. The explosions can wipe out entire groups with a single shot. The regen ammo is very useful (juggler), and allows camping/cheezing. Its damage output when crittin is nothing to sneeze at either. And finally, if you swap back and forth with the ice breaker and another special weapon, you can regen ammo for them too. Ooh and i love sniping in the crucible, no way im gonna get in range for shotguns and fusion rifles, ill take you out from a distance ;)

So it's not ur thing...i get that. But to mad if people snipe in a PVP FPS makes u seem like u may have ingested some paint chips when u were a wee lad.

I have patience and time. It's fun, but kind of wish I had the ice breaker. I always run out of sniper ammo when i need it the most.

Didn't buy it. Wish I would have though. Did buy my first Ghallarhorn from Xur though. Got the 2nd one from Atheon.

There are only 2 must have guns for high level stuff. Ice Breaker and Gjallahorn. All other guns are personal preference.

I passed on it. I had my mind set on Patience and Time, and just wasn't interested. A couple weeks later, I deeply regret passing on it.

No. I couldn't get the coins together that weekend. Was just starting to play the game. Have never had the chance to get it again. Even though some people have gotten it multiple times.
